Michele Mitchell Resiliency
Being a servant leader the past 20 years within both healthcare and the business arena has helped me view leadership as an act of service. I have truly embraced the idea that effective leadership starts on the inside. Over the past 20 years, I have gained extensive professional experience in family and marriage therapy, solution focused therapy, training, presenting, and coaching. I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work degree in 2009 and a Ph.D. in Psychology (Organizational Psychology) in 2015. My favorite part of leading teams is watching them accomplish tasks they never thought possible.
